An ingrown nail occurs when the nail itself grows into the skin. Surgery to cut away the ingrown toe nail on the left side of of the big toe of the RIGHT FOOT 2 years ago leads to no more painful toe.

4076. A dwarf hamster has protruding eyeball earlier and stitch breakdown later.
The owner WhatsApp two short videos:
13 Apr 2021
Video post surgery after lump removal from the flank. "May I ask if this is normal? Should I bring him down again? Not sure if he bit his stitches. Thank you." Check up showed stitch breakdown but the wound would heal.
12 Dec 2021
"Hello doctor! My hamster's eye coming out of the eye socket, do you think it is possible to slot him in for a consultation today?" The appointment was made for 1.30 pm.
The right eyeball was protruding due to rubbing of the eye continuously. Painkillers resolved the problem.

4075. An old pug has "dementia".
20 Jan 2022.
The 13-year-old spayed female pug was panting continuously, so the owner brought her in for a check up. "She appeared to have dementia," he said. "She was not able to recognise me sometimes."
The rectal temperature was 37.5 deg C. I got a blood test done. Then an IV drip before sending her home to recover for dental work as he few teeth were plugged with thick tartar.
Blood test showed abnormally high platelets and urea. The liver enzymes could not be analysed.
4074. Veterinary stories. Two 6-month-old red-eared sliders in poor condition. One floated without moving.
20 Jan 2022:
"My two kids are not interested in these two sliders," the father told me. "One of them floated on the water motionless---not swimming. I wanted to check them as Chinese New Year will be on 1 February. It will not be auspicious to have deaths in the pets!"
1. Weight. The two sliders are not thriving as they should be bigger in size at 6 months.
2. Shell rot. The shell have white spots which the owner tried to treat with a "fungus and bacteria spray" by purchasing a bottle from the pet shop.
3. No basking space. Submerged in water for 24 hours usually.4. Heating lamp over the water is of no use as the sliders need to dry up on a platform. Inpatient treatment for a few days.
As at 23 Jan 2022, the sliders were active and eating. The shell rot was much less. The owner took them home for recuperation.

1. You got to put in the time, quality up and proper tagging to be successful.
2. More designs or be creating really good designs that people want (e.g. thelatestkate sells on RB. She hand draws absolutely gorgeous designs, computer coloured, digital coloured, with catchy sayings. 8122 followers, 7 years since 2015 and only 386 designs).
People like her designs. She has 8122 followers, 168.2k favourite. Hers is the gold standard of PUSH strategy which is hobby stragegy. She didn’t do research or niche strategy.

4072. PHOTOGRAPHY TIPS: SINGAPORE WILDLIFE: Eurasian Tree Sparrows and crows in Singapore
5 Feb 2024.
BIRD PHOTOGRAPHY TIP 1: Dr Sing Kong Yuen
Use TV Mode and shutter speed at 1/500 sec, ISO AUTO
Eurasian tree sparrow eats the Cockscomb in Flower Dome, Gardens by the Bay,
5 Feb 2024Canon R5,TV, 105mm, 1/640sec, f/4.5, ISO 160, 1.48pm
It is very rare to see any bird inside the air-conditioned Flower Dome. I noticed a woman
taking close-up photos of the cockscomb and other flowers with her small camera.
There was some movements which turn out to be 2 or 3 Eurasian tree sparrows
amongst the Cockscomb. I got my Camera into TV Mode at shutter speed 1/500 sec.
I took multiple shots. This shot was good as it shows the sparrow with a small
piece of flower in its beak.

CROW'S FEET are the formation of fine lines from the corners of your eyes. The cause is usually ageing. This photo of a 71-year-old photo by Ms Meagan Ho who is in her early 20s and into street photography is an excellent photo as it shows crow's feet sharply.
