FIRST 4 DAYS OF INPATIENT TREATMENT AND VIDEOS  1/5 - 5/5 and Video 6.

TP 45252  Vage  9-year-old male Red-eared slider with a very painful lower neck lump on left side, 5 mm x 5 mm, firm, has been present for over 4 weeks. "It obstructs retraction of the long neck into the shell. Simply painful to swallow nowadays," the owner said to Dr Sing K Y. .

"Please operate to remove the lump," she continued. "Last time you operated on the top of his neck to remove the pus in 2017. He still remembers you!" The busy nurse showed me the yellowish scar devoid of stripes on the top of the neck behind the ears. This is visible on one of the videos too.

DAY 4 INPATIENT today. 9 Jan 2022: The slider is eating more but the neck lump persists. On Day 7, Dr Sing K Y will operate to remove it and the slider should then lead a normal life.
