SINGAPORE - 16 APR 2026: 9am. Yio Chu Kang Crescent forest. The Common Palmfly (elymnias hypermnestra) butterfly is commonly seen in Singapore. Its larvae feed on various types of palms. Its underside of wings is speckled brown while the upperside is bluish-black with blue submarginal spots.
