SINGAPORE - 19 APR 2026: 8.18am. The triangular-striped moth (Chalciope mygdon) is uncommon and very few in numbers. This moth with the head facing downwards, was sighted in the Yio Chu Kang Cres forest path. Its purplish-grey forewings feature a large red-brown triangular patch and an oblique ochreous (brownish-red or brownish-yellow) band.
