Girrrrrlll if you are putting that hair in a tight bun without properly oiling and a treatment, you are damaging that hair! Always, and I mean always, oil and use a moisturizing mask or leave in conditioner to create that tackiness that a slick back bun needs to stay in place. No gels, no mousses, just TLC.
