A very itchy old Shih Tzu needs to be
Elizabethan-collared for months. I knew him as a puppy 14 years ago.
The family had moved house and so we lost contact. The father wanted
to buy a bottle of Banocin powder from me as he found it useful to
treat the right hind dew claw ULCER. Another vet had prescribed it
and an Elizabethan collar.
FOUR MONTHS OF home treatment. Two
seizures. The Shih Tzu was already 14 years old and should be
enjoying his winter years of life without the pain, inflammation and
an uncomfortable Elizabethan collar 24 hours a day.
