AGENT'S COMMISSION IS PAYABLE BY THE TENANT on signing of the tenancy agreement. It is half a month's rent for a 1-year lease, payable to Asiahomes Realty's Sing Kong Yuen (agent). www.asiahomes.com. This commission is for work in viewing, contacting the Landlord and other services in securing the lease up to signing and moving in.
NOTE: The landlord does NOT pay agent's commission on success. This commission is NOT for after-sales rental services which will be provided by the Landlord or his appointed agent.
