3252. INTERN*****. Ninja. A 16-year-old female red-eared slider swims lop-sided. X-rays in Jul 27 2018 and Sep 27 2018

-----------------

Last time she pooped was Aug 6, 2018
Some smelly yellow stools were seen by the owner.

CONCLUSION

X RAYS show radio-dense mass inside the right side of the slider. As the slider is not gasping for breath and is able to poop, drink and spew air bubbles, it is deduced that the respiratory and alimentary systems are normal. The mass is likely to be inside the right uterus due to rotten eggs not being laid out.

Feeding 3-6 X a day by syringe to prevent malnutrition and death is being done for the next 14 days.
Antibiotics, pellets and critical care in a syringe.
VIDEO FEEDING. Show a video of feeding by syringe

UPDATE ON AUG 31, 2018 (DAY 6)
As at Day 6, the red-eared slider has become more active but is losing weight despite syringe feeding at least 3X per day.  She has a normal pink tongue and is still not eating. This video is created from Day 1 to Day 6. There is a chance of the slider recovering provided she is syringe fed with Critical Care, multivitamins and antibiotics to prevent malnourishment and death.

Day 1. Tongue inflamed, swollen and has ulcers

Day 6. Tongue is normal pink, not inflamed and has no ulcers
