Hi is this TPY Vet? I would like to make an appointment for tomorrow, I think my dwarf hamster sprained her feet, her thigh is at a strange angle and she's limping with difficulty to climb into hiding spot.

Koch's bauhinia (Bauhinia kockiana) is a climber with attractive orange inflorescences that gradually turn to yellow with age. It has tri-veined opposite leaves. Image - some leaves have been eaten by caterpillars.

Good morning. Koch's Bauhinia in T2 carpark, Changi airport. Very difficult to see sharp images of this inflorescence in the internet, including NParks'. This is because it is hard to focus on a flower with breezes or hand shaking. I used a tripod and wait for the breezes to stop swaying the flowers. The yellow flowers are "elderly" according to NParks' website, but in this image, a yellow flower looks younger than the orange ones!

he brilliant orange Julia heliconian butterfly (Dryas iulia) in Lentor Loop, Singapore, is said to proliferate as its food source for caterpillars - passion fruit (Passiflora foetida) is present.

I was able to position tripod about 6 feet away without frightening the dragonfly away.
As the colour of the adult male is bright maroon red, this appears to be a female as her colours are dull.

I was able to position tripod about 6 feet away without frightening the dragonfly away.
As the colour of the adult male is bright maroon red, this appears to be a Male as his colours are bright.

In 2014, I used P Mode only as I was working at Toa Payoh Vets. It was time-consuming to learn AV and TV and M Modes.
