 Very patient doctor. Didn't rush.
Blood work all acceptable or normal.  CBC, Liver, Kidney, Ca, Vitamin D
Leucocytes lower than normal (absolute), likely viral. Platelets low but acceptable. 

Advised Zenpro. At my age, peptic ulcerations are risky.
Osteoporosis prevention. Previous scan acceptable. Will do another scan. 3 months review.
Fatty liver. May need to diet. Weight gain to 88kg. BMI around 28.
