 Singapore has over 90 designated busking spots managed by the National Arts Council (NAC). Performers hold a valid Letter of Endorsement (Busking Card) and book performance slots via an online e-service portal. Acts range from acoustic musicians and guzheng players to bubble artists, magicians, and typewriter poets. [1, 2, 3]

Jumbo Seafood Restaurant closes on 29 Sep 2029. Other restaurants will be closed. The place may be boarded up for renovation. He plans to retire.

The strategy to improve is

1. Target neighbourhoods with wealthy older people where their children have left the nest. They have spare time and cash to come and listen to the performance as well as donate. 

2. Don't keep going to the same neighbourhood. Go to different neighbourhoods every few weeks, consider travelling around.
