A" mosquito man" referring to the National Environment Agency (NEA) inspection and vector control officers visits a 3-storey Lentor Plain house to check for potential mosquito breeding habitats. Mr Raj, the NEA Inspection Officer, Indian man, 78 years old, white shirt with NEA logo on shirt, blue pants, carry a back pack, has white hairs and white moustache, stands outside the gate of Ms Tan's Lentor Plain house, rings the bell, asks Ms Tan that he has to check her house, indoor and outdoor areas like flowerpot plats, gully traps and pails for stagnant water. Ms Tan welcomes him inside the house, If he finds mosquito breeding grounds in Ms Tan's home, she may be fined up to S$5,000, imprisonment for up to 3 months or both. Ms Tan is a Chinese woman, aged 70, short silver hair, white blouse, green pants, large spectacles and looks worried.
