It was Providence in action.
Providence refers to timely divine guidance, care, or intervention by a higher power. It also means prudence, foresight, or careful management of resources. It is commonly used to mean "fate" or "divine intervention," sometimes capitalized as a name for God. The word stems from Latin providere—"to see forward" or "to see to it".
Usage Examples
- Divine Intervention: "They believed their survival in the storm was an act of providence".
- Foresight/Prudence: "Her providence ensured the family never lacked essentials during the economic downturn".
- General Use:"It was a strange providence that brought them together at that exact moment."

A blue car stopped, window wound down showing a female passenger in her 40s. The male driver asked if I was Ok. "I saw that you were not walking properly."
"I am OK," I put thumbs up. There was some pain in my left foot.
At home, I saw my upper part of foot near my leg "dented". I had won new shoes, but didn't remove the original sole. I had put customised soles on top of the original sole. - 5100 steps MVPA 88 Sleep 1.3 hours
