The Land Transport Authority (LTA)'s active mobility enforcement camera is a mobile, repositionable surveillance system designed to detect offences by e-bikes, Power-assisted Bicycles, Personal Mobility Devices, mobilitgy scooters or motorised wheelchairs on pedestrian paths and footpaths. These cameras monitor speed limits, illegal riding behavior, and identify repeat offenders in high-activity, risky areas.

“Active Mobility Enforcement Detection System” means a system of the Authority that uses closed‑circuit television cameras to detect offences committed under this Act or the Road Traffic Act 1961 by individuals riding bicycles, power‑assisted bicycles, personal mobility devices, mobility scooters or motorised wheelchairs;
