The flats may be ready for occupation in 2026. It is in prime location, about 5 minutes' walk from the Bishan MRT Station. Condos of 2-bedroom units near this HDB BTO development sell for over S$1 million! I share a photograph of its "ridged" structure which can be appreciated from the Central Expressway from a distance. What does it mean if something is ridged?

Ridged things have a raised line or band, like a ridged hillside or a ridged crease in an old person's forehead. A ridge is a raised row that can be seen or felt, and when something's described as ridged, at least part of it is shaped like a ridge.
