I was surprised to discover a pretty attractively designed Mdm Ling Bakery @ Jewel Changi Airport. It was opened in Jun 2025. The two ladies at the shop provided good services and information about the products of Mdm Ling.
I had eaten the one-yolk mooncake from an attractive "SG60 box of mooncakes" which had a board game similar to "Snakes and Ladders". The mooncake I liked was the one-yolk.
It tasted fresh and soft, not too sweet. 5-stars for the mooncake.
Keep up the good production of such mooncakes. A box now sells at $68 online or offline, according to the staff there.
Although the mid-Autumn Festival (5 Oct 2025) is over, Mdm Ling Bakery has some stocks left. I have eaten several brands of mooncakes and am controlling myself as I expect they will have given me high cholesterol levels.

5-stars for the mooncakes mainly but the two ladies are good at their job.
