Use Manual Mode and tripod. Focus on eye of the keeper. Take multiple shots on tripod. Use remote release if possible.

It will be very difficult to get a sharp image handholding the camera as there will be camera shake
Also there are scratches on the glass enclosure of the exhibit to watch out for.
