Canon 550D Zoom lens 75-300mm, 75mm, 1/200sec, f/5.6, ISO 100.

Canon 550D is a much cheaper camera than Canon 70D or R5.

Shwe Inn Tha Hotel, Inle Lake, Myanmar. 19 May 2011. 11 AM.

Canon 500D, 75-300mm. 80mm, 1/160sec, f/5, ISO 100. I used "P" Mode in 2011.  The Zoom Lens worked well from inside the moving boat.

I was there in 2011, hence the above photo.

A google review in 2020.

It was low season when we arrived and we were the only couple for some of the time. Su’s team were really good to us and arranged a day out on the boat with a boat-man. We were also offered a family room at no extra charge to give us more space.

We also liked the pool. But not enough shade - and the umbrellas can’t be moved. Because the hotel is on the water there is the constant buzzing of boats up and down during the day. Factor this in when you choose a hotel on the water.

The rooms are nice, but dark and lighting is not actually adequate. Showers could be improved a bit as the spout is angled in such a way that one has to stand right against the wall. But a nice touch to have outside showers. All their waste water is treated and recycled. Lovely outside patio with a view.

The food was generally very good and breakfasts were delicious.
A nice comfortable stay and we would consider staying there again.
