PHOTOGRAPHY basement car park. It is quite difficult to get good shots of basement car parks with the DSLR camera.

Use Manual mode to get sharp image. Take multiple shots. Place camera on top of a car to take photo. Only 1/6 shots was sharp in this case. 

Red indicator lights above vehicles in occupied AMK Hub car park lots. 17 Aug 2023, 7.32 pm

Canon R5, Manual, ISO 200, 24mm, f/4.0, 1/15 sec.

EXPLANATION:  The indicator light and the light source are above the vehicle. On the car park lot floor, there is a light sensor. 

If the car park lot is occupied by the vehicle, the light source is blocked. No light reaches the light sensor. The indicator light turns red. If the lot is vacant, the light reaches the sensor. The indicator light turns green.
