Glucose hikes after eating cookies, bread - glucose goes to bloodstream, but too much will go to muscles and fat.

She recommends


1. vinegar to neutralise the free glucose in the blood after meals, to lower glucose spikes. Dilute vinegar but restaurants seldom have this.

2. vegetables first - e.g. salad as glucose spikes less as it takes time to digest.

3. protein plus  yogurt

4. carbohydrates. Restaurant offers bread first, no vinegar ---> glucose spikes

AFTER MEALS, SHOULD GO WALKING, MUSCLES will use glucose spikes. If not possible, move your feet up to contract the calf muscles to get blood glucose moving. 

Her typical meal
1. Breakfast 2 egg omelette, ham and tomatoes.
2. Lunch, spinach, vinegar dressing, avocado etc.

3. after tea. her sweet craving e.g. chocolate cake. Drink vinegar, add yogurt to protein and fat.
4. Dinner. Vegetable salad.
