Anthropomorphism is the attribution of human traits, emotions, or intentions to non-human entities. It is considered to be an innate tendency of human psychology. This butterfly is an example of anthropomorphism.

BEHAVING OUT OF CHARACTER, like some people.This butterfly, in Lentor Place, in Mar 2023, perches within 6 feet of my camera for over 60 seconds to pose for photos and videos. He appears to be praying. All butterflies do not pose so close for people.
