20 Apr 2023: Visited SAFRA TOA PAYOH to update my SAFRA app. The customer service ladies were very helpful and patient in explaining that I had downloaded an old SAFRA App and helped me to update to a new App. I have a free membership for one year, but I can get 3 more years if I renew it. The two ladies get 5-stars for service.
The swimming pool is popular with families and children during weekends.
As regards photography, it is a pity that the management places traffic cones outside the entrance as they do NOT contribute to good impressions in a building photography of the frontage (see image). Hence, I give 2-star rating. Photograph taken using Canon R5, AV Mode, F/11, ISO 200. Focus on "SAFRA". Dull lighting as it is drizzling.
