Bilingualism
helps the young bridge different languages, cultures and perspectives
as the world becomes increasingly fragmented.
The Bilingualism Carnival at the new One Punggol Integrated
Centre was popular. Three videos show some performances by students
and two videos show the new Hawker Centre.
