Met a lady. A lady in her early 60s with Graves disease believes in doing away with treatment which would be radio-active iodine etc. No weight loss or hand shaking, but eyes a bit bulging.

She eat 75% vegetables and 25% meat. Healthy eating. She drinks coconut water and eats the pulp. Careful with food.

Gym exercise in condo gym. Looks fit.
7-hour sleep
Little stress

Upper eyelids droop. Consulted Orchard Road specialist. $10,000 quoted for surgery to remove "fat" inside the upper eyelids. Went to Jakarta to do the surgery. $3,000. No "fat" inside the swollen droopy eyelid. Lateral canthus surgery - surgeon created double eyelids.

Autoimmune disease.  Chronic illness.
