X-ray by Vet 1. He treated as an inpatient for 6 days. The owner wanted the cat home, but he still passes blood in the urine and has difficulty urinating. The owner consulted me. Why? 

Cat, M, 1 year

Inpatient treatment by Vet 1 for 6 days

But the cat still passes blood in the urine and has difficulty passing urine. Why?  

A bladder stone (arrows)?
