Nearly 5,000 BTO flats launched in Aug 31, 2022. PLH Model prime location housing model

The Housing Board launched 4,993 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats for sale yesterday including 2 projects in Bukit Merah under the prime location public housing (PLH) model.

7 housing projects in 6 estates including 3 in non-mature estates where first-time applicants now have a higher chance of securing a flat.

PLH model with stricter buying and selling conditions such as a 6% subsidy claw-back upon resale and a 10-year minimum occupation period.  Havelock Hillside next to Havelock MRT station,  Alexandra Vale next to Redhill MRT station. Strong demand due to city-fringe locations

 

 

mature estate of Ang Mo Kio, 896 two-room flexi, four-room, five-room and three-generations flasts are on sale across five blocks at Central Weave @ Ang Mo Kio. $535,000 to 676,000 for a four-room an $720,000 to 877,000 for a five-room flat. The 606 A M K households affected by the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme (Sers) can opt to apply for those flats.


Up to 10% of the flats in this project will be set aside for them under the Resettlement, Relocation, Sers and Tenants' Priority Scheme.

The flats will be allocated through balloting.
