Most common type of tumour is the meibomian gland neoplasia. MeUsuibomian gland are oil producing glands for the eye. ductal epithelium or acinar gland (multilobulated pink or grey).
uncommon Benign ones are papillomas, melanocytomas
Chalazion (meibomian gland cyst) usually together with tumours
Treatment
2-3 mm. can wait and see.
Small - cryosurgery two times
Medium - V-plasty
>10 mm - rotating skin gtaft, H-plasty, Z-plasty
