3 May 2021. 9am. PHOTOGRAPHY TIPS. RARE INSECT - MINIATURE 'STING-RAY' INSECT.
IMAGE 1/3 Camera image. IMAGE 2/3 Photoshop. IMAGE 3/3 Photoshop close up.
I was walking along the left fence boundary of the Bullion Park Condo. Leafy plants grow over the fencing.
I saw this "sting-ray" insect inside a white miniature flower 2 cm x 1.5 cm with 3 petals. Cannon EOS 80D, 18-55mm lens, P Mode. AF, single point focus. The insect did not move when I touched the petals to check whether it is an insect or not. It had legs (see close up). Hand-held. Shaded area.
I focused on the insect. This is the best of 10 images as it shows the legs of the insect.
The use of a tripod will give a much sharper image.
