2 MAY 2021. PHOTOGRAPHY WILDLIFE SINGAPORE.  The White collared Kingfisher (Todiramphus chloris) is a medium-sized kingfisher belonging to the subfamily Halcyoninae, the tree kingfishers. The White-collared Kingfisher (Todiramphus chloris) is one of eight documented kingfisher species in Singapore
