A red-eared slider has more white spots on the shell

Came in for ear abscess surgery 7 days ago. Had one white spot. Given anti-fungal wash. Now had more white spots. Why?

Spread of fungal infections on the shell. Advised dry-docking overnight and come for anti-fungal cream.
