The owner said, "He is more active and eating. He can see better now."
I took a close-up of the eye but had no macro-lens. Much of the cloudy corneal areas had cleared since I treated him a few weeks ago.

On close up, his upper eyelid starts to swell again as he must be rubbing.
Eye drops and medication.
Also not to submerge in water 24 hours a day. Feed separately.
