An old wound in a hamster

Although it seems to be healing some days later, the wound reopened quite recently and now my hamster looks really weak and motionless. I do not know what else to do. May I please have some advice on how to make her better?

 You will need to send it to the vet for treatment as it seems to be long-standing wound.
