3326. An 11-year-old Maltese suddenly was unable to stand on hind legs

Likely fall or something fell on his back past few days.
Oct 21, 2018  - Right hind medial thigh was swollen, about 3 cm x 3 cm inside the thigh muscles.
Oct 24, 2018  - Unable to stand on hind legs. Why?

No pain in spinal area.
