I don't know I've followed him long enough, but this Ryan was way into this pod so he's able to purchase designs to upload. At first he's dishing out own designs until he can come up with enough income to go automation. What I meant is he's had enough budget to get for himself and hire other artists to produce for him. As this pod thing is seriously passive money maker, he's done it multiple sites and also branching in other passive income areas so he's comfortable enough to basically make more than 50 designs a day. But not a bad target though, you can go 50 designs today, and another 6 days you go relax. X-D I myself tried so hard to find original ideas or finding trends to translate it to design ideas. Probably wanna join his fb group to see what's happening there X-D QUALITY
QUANTITY
BOTH?

--------------------

I love your straight-forward, honest approach more than going easy on people, anything to make it understood that it's not ok to upload copywritten graphics and tags. Keep it up. Also, I'm not trying to sound like I think I'm a saint or anything, nor am I necessarily directing my opinion here on any of the designers featured in this video... I am just kinda tired of seeing videos catering to making things as easy and work-free as possible. Those type of videos are popular for a reason. But let it be known, if you truly want to make passive income, you will have to work for it at first. If you aren't ready to put some work and passion into designs, there are tons of other ways to earn money. Much love and luck to everyone trying to make it on print on demand, it's simply not that easy, even when you follow the best practices. The competition is insane. Think about all the other ways and means to buy these type of products. You got all your online options, then ya got thrift stores, retail stores, homemade... I mean it's incomprehensible, really. Why do you think stickers are so popular, they're not as expensive and not as easy to make yourself.

Yep...Right on point! 1- It's NOT easy ...( ..I'm a Graphic Designer ) 2- The ONLY thing "Passive"....is the way Money comes in Automatically when a sale is done. Otherwise ...they're a lot of work and discipline if you are serious ...and especially for Beginners that don't want to pay for Designers, Ads...etc.... People really misunderstand this Business...

How to Take and Edit Photos for Redbubble that ACTUALLY Sell (Step by Step Tutorial)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HBcrZh_q5sM

I'm so excited to share how I take and edit my photos for Redbubble and other print sites (like Society6 & Teepublic) in this video today! I decided to explore my own neighbourhood to see if I could take any Redbubble worthy photos and I was pleasantly surprised with my results! I've never actually gone around my own city to find Redbubble content so this also opened my eyes that there's great content all around us. I'll be sharing my complete process from how I found the imagery in the photo, editing the photo (on two different apps) and resizing the image so it fits all Redbubble products perfectly. I hope you guys see that it really doesn't matter where you live, you really can turn anything into a Redbubble worthy photo! This video was so much fun to film so I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it :) Shop my products: 👉🏻Personalized Redbubble Shop Reviews: https://bit.ly/3kyGtV0 Lightroom Mobile Presets: https://bit.ly/3cjT37O MY REDBUBBLE STORE: https://rdbl.co/alexandrastr GET 15% OFF MY ENTIRE REDBUBBLE SHOP WITH THIS CODE: RBC-M20-alexandrastr FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/alexstrambu/ Other videos I think you'll like: HOW MUCH $$ I'VE MADE ON REDBUBBLE, SOCIETY6, AND TEEPUBLIC: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOIw7... Hi, I’m wondering how I can make my images larger to fit a duvet cover, do you have any advice? Thanks

Tasha Greville I do use a real camera, though when they’re transferred to the computer the resolution is 4000x6000 or something similar. I need the image to be over 11,000x13,000 ish for a king size duvet cover. I do believe I have found a workaround using Canva for anyone that’s interested. You need Canva pro and a canvas size of 4,500x3,821 add the image of your choice then when downloading, change the size from 1x to 3x. This has worked for me and the quality looks fine. I would say that this should only be done a few images/pages at a time as it can take a few mins to save. I tried doing something similar in photoshop but it took too long.

@Alexandra Strambu Yes, your work should be uploaded to RB as RGB, but to ensure the colors are shown on a printed item how you envision them or how you made them, you should finish your design, then convert it to CMYK (change the sautration to your liking) and then convert it back to RGB. Then you can save them as a .PNG and upload it to RB. This is important because prints are done with the CMYK color profile, which has much less vibrant colors than sRGB does.

Do you have any suggestions on how to set your commissions? Like how high is too high?

Alexandra Strambu
I just looked at the price other popular artists were charging (and calculated how much of a commission they put) and did somewhere in between, and now I just occasionally increase it by 5-10% every so often. I can make a video about this and test out different commissions to see what's too high lol

@Alexandra Strambu i agree 9000x 9000 is large but obviously the best quality most of my image s are 4500x 5400 herd that was best quality for t shirts, all you youtubers have different advise but all good! and some better!!! ;-)
