PHOTOGRAPHY TIPS: Distracting balustrade.
Samsung SM N975F smart phone takes good photos. Move a bit to your right to hide the red balustrade “growing” out of flower.
A Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum) with a white bract which is often mistaken for a white petal. Bracts are modified leaf or scale, typically small, with a flower or flower cluster in its axil.

PHOTOGRAPHY TIPS: Northlight School from a moving car using AV Mode.
Better to use TV Mode, but I had no time to change. When the
car is moving, using AV Mode usually results in blurry images. I was
fortunate as one of two images was sharper.
This example shows
that the best angle of the signboard of Northlight school is from the
car's windscreen as it moves by.
I still need to use
Photoshop to sharpen the "Northlight" sign which may not be
necessary if I had the time to switch TV Mode.
The car
windscreen must be clean and not reflecting tissue box or glasses on
its
dashboard.

GOOGLE REVIEW: 5-stars
19 May 2024: I visited the Central Public Library for the 3rd time since its overhaul and re-opening around Jan 2024. It is now an attractive place for book lovers owing to its interior design, lighting and stock of a variety of books as compared to the previous setting. I see more people reading books on the comfortable seats. The Children's section is spacious. I attended a meet-up of storytelling by Seniors. This is the Library I will like to visit at least once weekly if possible. I usually visit Bishan Public Library which looks dated as contrasted to this new kid on the block. A good overhaul. I attach a photo to show what I mean by an "attractive place" for book lovers.

8 years had passed by so quickly for me. The river boats transport goods and construction materials up and down river. I had a zoom lens, otherwise hard to get this shot.
