4202. VET CASE. Syrian hamster has right swollen face below the eye.

 Hi Dr Sing, I'm a hamster owner from Malaysia that has followed your videos about hamster surgeries for years. 

I need your advice for one of my syrian hamster as I don't have another avenue to consult. He's almost 2 years old who has survived some illnesses before such as a wet tail. 

About a month ago I noticed he has sticky eye on the right eye, nothing else unusual. Thinking it was just sticky eye (he had it before from bedding dust) I wash his eye regularly with saline solution and removed all irritants from the enclosure. The regular washing did solve the sticky eye problem but his right eye started bulging out a bit more than usual. he's not losing fur i just trim the right face to show the swelling
