According to the other vet, she has a ruptured eye and the injury can't be seen without a light source.
She recommended to surgically remove her eye.

SINGAPORE - 20 NOV 2024: The left eye of the 17-year-old cat has a PERFORATED cornea causing pain and thick watery eye discharge. Veterinary healthcare is needed.
