This post of 4 rabbit cases with rotten teeth informs and educates the rabbit owner to seek early treatment when their rabbits have swollen jaws.
1, Three X-ray views are advised.
2. Daily examination of the jaws using touch will enable you to spot jaw abscesses and swellings early.

15 Feb 2022. I followed up. The owner did not consult Toa Payoh Vets. She sent more images. There was a large "cyst" on the right side of the collar, preventing the head from being retracted
easily yesterday. This cyst is not obvious in the first video, but you can see it is large. I asked her
to get the cyst checked out. Toa Payoh Vets did not do anything but asked her to wait and see,
continuing with the oral medication.

The tank mate of the charcoal slider is this albino slider. The floating basking
platform is spacious. Drainage filter is present. Warm lighting over basking area.
From video footage, I noted that the albino red-eared slider had long curved claws. One claw could have had lodge into the right collar of the charcoal slider,
causing infections leading to large "cyst" which could be an abscess or haematoma.
The owner will get a bigger tank with more swimming space.
A migrant worker from India came out of his truck along Yio Chu Kang Crescent forest path and said to me, "Sir, be careful of black cobras in this area. I saw one earlier. My colleagues were doing the "Indian Snake Charmer" dance and music when they saw the cobra near me. I was not aware of it and thought they were making fun of me."
They pointed to it. I took a video. This was his video. "In India, in my village, I saw many an used to catch one by the tail and swung it! Till it became unconscious!". I was grateful for his warning about black cobras. I saw one slithering away from me some months ago but near saw one in full size.

It has branchlets that typically hang downwards, and the largest cones of any spruce, 9–17 cm long. Overview

Side Effects
When taken by mouth: There isn't enough reliable information to know if Norway spruce is safe or what the side effects might be.
CASE 1. The dwarf hamster's area had a large wound after being bitten by a Jumbo Syrian Hamster. I advised vet treatment, but she did not turn up. The husband wanted self treatment with powder.
OWNER: It's so irritating when there are so many voices whether to bring to the vet or not.
OWNER: "He's eating as normal and drinking. His wound was flat.
Today, just checked and it seemed to be raised again.
Probably thru scratching.
DR SING: "If agreeable by family members, hamster needs vet treatment as wound is infected and itchy."
OWNER: Oh gosh, so i call the number to make appt again ya?
DR SING: I followed up some weeks later.
OWNER: He's good now
CASE 2.
OWNER: Hi doctor.. I brought this hamster (Jumbo Syrian Hamster) to see Dr Daniel before for allergy.
She was given Chloramine and she was fine. But 3 days ago, we saw those areas balding!
OWNER: We have a powder medication given by Dr Daniel for this hamster,
we tried putting on her, but she seems to always scratch the powder away..
DR SING: Good photos. Bad ear canal infection...itchy and painful.

11 Feb 2022- Follow up by Dr Sing K Y a few weeks later. The hamster's neck is back to normal with hairs

PATIENT. Hamster, F, DOB 20 Mar 2021.
It often happens. The hamster makes noises. Vets call it "vocalisation". At home, this worries the owner as this is not normal behaviour. At consultation, the hamster behaves normally.
On Aug 2021, the owner captured the cries at home and WhatsApp a 5-second dark video evidence to me. "What's the problem, doc?" she texted me. I advised direct vet examination at Toa Payoh Vets.
In summary, the hamster recovered after "allergy" drops given by Toa Payoh Vets. Soon, she had this very itchy and balding inflamed left and right sides of the neck. What's the next problem?
1. WHATSAPP CONSULTATION VIDEO 1/2. The hamster "cries"- unusual vocalisation. 1 Aug 2021.
WhatsApp: "My hamster is sick. Can u advise what's wrong? She is making noise." The video was a dark 5-second clip. I could not view properly but I knew this was serious. I advised a vet appointment for examination. Dr Daniel treated for allergy.
The hamster recovered fully, but on 22 Aug 2021, the owner saw the neck areas balding! (emoji). Now she's scratching so badly. The owner puts antibioitc powder on the skin but she seems to always scratch the powder away (emoji)

Female hamster is normal. Now fully recovered from itchy neck after vet treatment
3 Feb 2022.This home video from the young lady owner shows that her hamster no long has right and left itchy necks after treatment by Dr Daniel for ear infections. She added her own "Norweigian Spruce Extract" drops onto this hamster's porridge and applied on the skin too. You can see that the hamster is normal and no long "cries".
